Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Refunds policy:

Return and Refund is not available in Shelai. Only exchange is possible.


Conditions for Exchange:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:


1. The exchange policy isn't valid for discounted products. (Applicable for Online and Outlet Purchase)

2. We will provide 3 days exchange facility with the catalog products. (From the Purchased date)

3. If you face any issue with the delivery or the online purchased products, please contact our Facebook page or hotline number.

4. Please check the product in front of the delivery man. Any sort of complaint after the successful delivery won't be accepted.

5. One time Exchange Facility will be provided with the products valid for exchange!

6. If the product costs more than the exchanged one, you have to adjust the extra money with any other products.

7. Product purchased from one branch branch can't be purchased in another.

8. Online orders will be exchanged through online and the showroom purchased in showroom.

9. Women's wear can't be exchanged with men's and Men's can't be with women's!


Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:


H#35, R#07, Block#G, Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh


We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
